Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
At AethelOak, each customized item, bespoke creation, and personalized home accessory is crafted with meticulous care, tailored exclusively for your living sanctuary. Because our artisans begin selecting materials and working on your piece the moment your order is confirmed, we are unable to halt the process once it has begun.
Due to the unique craftsmanship, dedicated time, and organic materials involved, all custom and made-to-order sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, changes, or refunds once your order is placed. Thank you for supporting conscious, slow-made craftsmanship — it allows us to keep bringing authentic warmth into homes across North America 🌾
Our Curated Collection (Non-Custom Items)
We want you to feel an absolute sense of peace with every object you bring into your home. If a non-customized piece from our curated collection does not fully align with your space, we are here to guide you through a seamless return process.
Eligibility: Returns are graciously accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in their original, resellable packaging, preserving the quiet quality they arrived with.
We offer two mindful options for your return:
If the piece isn't a perfect fit but you'd prefer to avoid the hassle of shipping it back, we can instantly issue you a store credit equal to the product’s purchase price, and you may keep the item. Your store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used on any calming addition to our store.
Should you prefer a full refund, simply package the item and ship it back to our warehouse. Once we receive and gently inspect the returned piece to ensure its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Important Notes for Returns:
- Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- To help us track your return efficiently, please share your return tracking number with our support concierge after sending the package.
- To protect the integrity of our collection, items must be in their original, pristine condition to qualify for a refund.
