At AethelOak, every homeware piece and customized item is packaged with conscious care to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Below is our shipping policy, detailed with processing times and delivery estimates designed to bring peace of mind to your shopping experience.
Processing Times
Because some of our pieces require slow and deliberate craftsmanship, creation times may vary:
- Customized Artworks & Made-to-Order Pieces: 1–2 weeks
- Our Curated Collection (In-Stock items): Processed within 3–7 business days
Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Due to this immediate commencement, orders for custom items cannot be changed or canceled once production is underway.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your region and the carrier services. For our international destinations, the typical transit frame is 1–2 weeks (7–14 business days).
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
- Other International Countries: 10–15 business days
Please note: These timeframes are close estimates. On rare occasions, local customs inspections, postal service peaks, adverse weather, or carrier delays may gently adjust your delivery date.
Tracking Your Journey
As soon as your package begins its journey to your home, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your personal tracking link.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information on their portal.
- If you do not see our email, please gently check your junk or spam folder.
Delivered but Missing Packages
To preserve the security of your delivery, please ensure a safe drop-off location is available. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, AethelOak cannot accept responsibility for lost, missing, or stolen parcels.
If your tracking states the package has been delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check your porch, mailbox, parcels lockers, and any hidden drop-off areas.
- Kindly inquire with household members or neighbors.
- Reach out directly to your local shipping carrier to confirm the GPS coordinates of the delivery.
- Notify our team at aetheloak@outlook.com so we can guide you and help investigate where possible.
Please understand that AethelOak does not issue refunds or complimentary replacements for packages officially documented as successfully delivered by the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
A harmonious delivery begins with accuracy. Please carefully review your delivery address during checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately. If your order has already departed our facility, we are unable to redirect it, and AethelOak cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
